Here’s Some Real “Fake News”

Donald Trump

Only the Fake News Media and Trump enemies want me to stop using Social Media (110 million people). Only way for me to get the truth out!

Really? This is laughable.

Donald Trump’s inability to tell the truth is on record. Never in the history of this nation has a president-elect and president uttered the quantity of falsehoods as Donald Trump has.

I find it odd that he refers to CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times and The Washington Post as “fake news”, yet Fox, a major news outlet, is not included. What’s up with that?

As recently as July 15 of this year, Shepard Smith, a relative moderate in the Fox ranks who has decried Trump camp untruths before, described White House “deception” as “mind-boggling”.

Smith broke with network orthodoxy issuing a sharp denunciation of the Trump administration’s handling of investigations into its links with Russia.

“Why all these lies?” he asked fellow anchor Chris Wallace. “Why is it lie after lie after lie?”

What does this tell you about Trump’s credibility when a respected anchor on Trump’s favorite news network calls him out?

Here are a few Trump tweets and their corresponding rating on the fact meter courtesy of Politifact:
